Our Story

We started ProLine Restoration with a simple premise: GTA homeowners deserve a local restoration company that actually responds fast, does the work in-house, and stays until the job is finished. Too many water damage and mold calls across Toronto and Durham were being serviced by companies that took two hours to arrive, subcontracted out the reconstruction, and disappeared as soon as the invoice cleared.

We built our operation around being the opposite of that. Our base is at 45 Sheppard Ave E, Suite 900 in North York — at Yonge/Sheppard, central to Toronto, York Region, and Durham via the 401. Every truck is loaded with the full emergency kit: industrial extractors, commercial dehumidifiers, air movers, moisture meters, thermal imaging, containment materials. Our Team

Our crew is full-time, directly employed, and rotates through the full restoration scope — water damage extraction, mold remediation, fire restoration, reconstruction. This matters for two reasons. First, consistency: the person who assesses your emergency at 2 AM is on the same team as the crew rebuilding your kitchen three weeks later. Second, accountability: we cannot hide behind "that was a different subcontractor" when something needs to be fixed.

Every project gets a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact throughout the restoration. You do not talk to a dispatcher, then a field technician, then an office scheduler, then a reconstruction contractor. You talk to your PM.
